Commercial real estate signs are used - by commercial RE brokers to advertise a property (industrial, office, land) available for sale or lease
- by developers to inform the public about the upcoming changes to a site (will display new home or new infill rendering, floor plans, etc).
Calgary Signs & Banners does custom signage for commercial real estate applications. IMPORTANT NOTES: - We do not offer consultations at client's location free of charge (work, including travel time and consultation time is billable). - Consultations over the phone or via email are FREE. We reserve the right to decline quoting in instances where it is deemed necessary to do so (e.g. if we don't offer a certain product desired by client, etc) - Hourly rate for consultation at client's address is $80 net per hour and shall include travel time to-and-from - Hourly rate for Site Survey which includes measurements at Client's address is $80 net per hour if work doesn't require using ladder or using a bucket truck. If the work requested requires the use of ladder and/or bucket truck, the hourly rate is $160 net. - Installation services (only) are available at a rate of $160 - $220 net per hour (one or two crew members) - Graphic design services (for all types of signs and graphics listed on our website) is considered separate from the listed prices, as many clients have their own print file* (print file must meet our requirements). - Graphic design rate is $80 net per hour. If you explain thoroughly what you need (and include your logo, text, images, etc via email), we can estimate how much time it would be required to design your sign.
